I love driving over to Jimmy's on a summer night. I live in phillipsburg so it's about a 15 minute drive over there but worth the trip for the ice cream! My go to is hard chocolate BUT they do not have hard chocolate, only soft serve chocolate! Just an FYI but still plenty of other flavors to choose from!

This place has 5 stars for good reason! I had been wanting to go here for a while, as it keeps winning Hunterdon Happening's best ice cream. Now I get it! I just got a small twist in a cone, but it was creamy and delicious! Just perfect on a hot summers day. My aunt ordered the peanut butter sundae and it was thick and yummy too! I love the old fashioned style of the place and how friendly everyone is. Will definitely be back to try more!

My fiance brought me here for the first time almost 4 years ago during his annual pilgrimage (his words, not mine), and told it was the best soft serve he's ever had (or in the world). I had high expectations (which more often than not ends in disappointment), but somehow Jimmy's met those expectations. Three years and a couple visits later, I have to say that it's been hard to find a place that beats Jimmy's in terms of flavor, texture, and price (and the amount of sprinkles they give you). Worth a visit if you're in the area!
